and that's it. when I went to the dr. friday they weighed me and I was 164 with my clothes on.
I slept through yoga this morning and not predicting much weight loss because of all the damn juice I've been drinking.
Got my corset for halloween, and got chewed out about it. What are friends for?
ugh
But everything fits otherwise, so halloween diet is a success! We'll see next Saturday for sure...

and, oh god imagine this:
like a million pretzels with pub cheese
3-4 Icehouses
a couple of triscuits and baked chips
a glass of cabernet sauvignon
and lots of bloated awfulness!

I weighed in on Sunday morning at 162.5. I didnt measure though because of the no laptop thing.

I was complimented on my figure 3 times last night, all three by older women. Very odd. Apparently I need to see some sort of commercial with a girl who looks like me (but she's too skinny?). whatever.

so, I broke the curse of last fall's diet. I can really tell I'm losing weight, especially since I had diarrhea all Friday and no appetite. Plus, the stress I'm under right now from so many different fronts is a bit overwhelming.

What is concerning me the most right now, is that I look like an AIDS candidate. I have giant purple marks all over my body. I guess it's just from running into things and carrying my equipment... but there's so many! Someone is going to report domestic abuse man. I've been maladroit and beat up all my life- I never bruised easily or really at all. My mom, she bruises easily. She'll have big purple marks all over her legs from riding on our boat. I'm turning into her. I called her and asked when that all started- she said she didn't know but I need vitamins.

I am in a much better mood today. Less sluggish. I can tell in the mirror that I'm losing weight. I keep reminding myself it's a slow process and a difficult lifestyle to maintain. Not sure how I will be when I'm 30 and avoiding eclairs forever...

I packed my bag for the gym. I was going to run/do yoga after fulltime job. BUTTT I was called into poker job. So instead I'm going to bust home/change into a poker shirt and my jeans (since I have a HOLE IN MY CROTCH) and bust it to Mcdonough to set up tables. it's like 7-8 tables, and my back is going to be killing me.

why is my pms so off the chain all the time? I've only cried like 9 times today.

I love October!
I've been without my computer for a couple of days. Here's what I've had to eat.
Thursday

Friday

um, a bottle of wine

I moved the furniture around in my bedroom (thanks laura) and I think I lost my fabric tape somehow in the process. I'll measure whenever it turns up again. I did weigh myself- and concurrent with last year's diet, I was supposed to have the same weight. of course, it's the same weight as last week.
and I'm only supposed to lose a half pound this week. I am working on an alternate plan for exercise and getting some shit together.

My horoscope said I'm supposed to be kinda of sick the first week of October, but if not, I should start a diet, because it's a good time astrologically... and Halloween is supposed to be a good day for me physically/romantically so wahoo.

Ok, so I just ate a fucking Chocolate Fudge poptart.
I feel sick. If I were bulimic, you best believe I'd be over a toilet heaving.

I am in primo PMS mode and I have such intense chocolate cravings.
oh, if you could only imagine the other things (food or NOT) I am craving. I really want to inhale the wine-aroma of swiss fondue.

the thing I want most in this world? a freaking back massage. preferably from a sexy man not wearing too much.

yeah, I worked Johnny's (and will be for the next 2 weeks). I got a pesto baked chicken to go, but wasn't hungry enough to eat it.

good news: wearing a skirt I was sort of bulging out of pre-diet.
also good news: caught a glimpse of myself wearing a cami and panties in the mirror and didn't barf.

I think I'll actually cook Friday night (my first night offfffffffff). I can't wait to just lounge around and do nothing. what to make, what to make....

I ate plenty yesterday.
Lunch was a blt and new potatoes
For dinner I had a tuna sub with swiss on wheat (I was still craving that!)

I went to bed early (for me) at about midnight. My mind was clouded with thoughts.
I am working every night imaginable (cept for nikki's birthday) so no working out for me, unless you want me to wake up early, and that ain't happenin' buster.

I just had this very sudden need for tunafish and mayo on toasted bread with a big slab of aged swiss cheese. Like, I want it NOW.
But they only have tuna salad downstairs and no swiss.

I woke up burpy and poopy and just overall stomach achey. I think it's because I took my birth control pill on an empty stomach?
